AMAZING NEWS!

This morning Sydney was writing a sentence for her spelling words and wrote "God is at work in the world."

We have definitely seen him at work today in our world. The doctor told us this morning they have ruled out achondroplasia. At this point Luke's bone x-rays are looking normal.

He is eating and napping and working to get off the ventilator.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Praise God!! Give thanks to The Lord for He is good, His faithful love and mercy endures forever!

It is the combined prayers of God's people who believe in His unlimited power and faithful love for us that bring miracles in Jesus' name.

But Susan, it is the faith and trust in The Lord that you articulated for yourself and Eric both previously in the blog that God has and will continue to use to heal Luke. You guys were even still expressing a heart to give to my sister in the middle of this! Ya'll are awesome!

The Lord will also heal Luke's lungs. He is and will be such a blessing. As Mandy Fabulous said, you are God's perfectly chosen parents for Luke!

To God be the glory,

Lyle & Mandy

Praise God! The Lord is faithful and good!! I'm reminded of Paul's words regarding Abraham:
“Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised" (Romans 4:18-21)
We love you guys and will not cease in prayer until he is home!

This is great news! We will continue to fervently pray for all of you guys. My 5th grade RA's prayed for Luke tonight, and it really touched my heart, as I know it did God's. We love you guys!

PRAISE GOD!!! We prayed specifically for a good report from the Dr. on the diagnosis of achondroplasia at our small group meeting last night. What a wonderful testimony. God is so good. I never underestimate his goodness. We will continue to pray for a complete healing, and a blessed life. Love you guys, Lee
